Eutectic metal spray process is extremely effective in increasing component life for any material. To obtain high wear resistance and for deposition from 0.1 to 1mm. metal sprayed parts can be machined or directly finished by grinding.

MIG Welding for small fabrications and leak proof joints. Arc Welding with develop penetrant test quality is provided.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WELDING

Repair and maintenance welding process is effective for joining and depositing of any kind of steels and cast irons. The reclaimed parts give very good resistance for tensile or torsional loads. For higher load resistance gussets are provided for external support and extended life.
